I have been using masha knot's straight edge technique but my bracelets/keychains still aren't turning out as straight as I hoped...any advice?

Do they go more outward or inward?

@laynee7535 it kind of depends on the bracelet...my most recent ones have gone outward though

- Make tight knots/have a consistent tightness. The tightness of your knots is determined by the first half of your knot. Pull it tight before doing the second half of the knot. The second half will secure the knot in place.- Don't pull the bracelet to the side while knotting it. Always make sure you pull the bracelet straight down. - Balance out f and b knots. This is not possible for every pattern. Try knotting towards the middle if possible. That means on the left side whenever there are two strings of the same colour you do a f knot and on the right side a b knot. |

Make the knots that do not use the flat technic looser and the knots that incorporate the old string (the knots that use the thechnic) tighter

Using a ruler to push in the edges and the rows has been very helpful for me. Something that I believe has worked pretty well for me is also taping down the bracelet or keychain after I complete a section of it. I used to have issues with mine curling and that seemed to fix that.
