well there are a lot of decline messages, some that are more broad and could be used for a lot of patterns (usually the prewritten ones) and then some that are more specific for the pattern (usually written by the moderator). some reasons that your pattern may declined are : 1) colors are too similar 2) a color is too dark 3) pattern needs tweaking because it looks uneven, distorted, etc 4) a similar pattern or variation already exists 5) the pattern doesn’t have all sides equal around the pattern 6) background color needs to be changed to make it easier for users to make variations 7) not enough keywords/keywords need tweaking 8) pattern is too simple and needs more decoration or detail 9) simple text patterns are not accepted 10) pattern is inappropriate or pattern is political. i hope that helps and if you need any more clarification on any of these possible decline messages, i’ll be happy to help! 🙂
