How Do I Make my Pictures Not Blurry?

My pictures keep getting declined because they're blurry. I always wipe my camera lens with a cloth, but it still turns out blurry because my hands shake so bad. How can I take pictures in focus. PS. @hlc maybe try to prop your camera onto something to stabilize it, then take your picture.

If you are on a phone/iPhone or tablet/iPad you can wait and it should be good ore you can tap on the screen or try to wipe you're camera
