Hi! I know how to do an alpha but have only attempted 1 and I failed....miserably cuz I didn't tie my knots tight enough and my base strings started falling out so yeah... I need some beginner alpha patterns . Tips would be great too if you have any the : )

#21734 is a great one! or the rugrag bracelet (will link it below) I recommend doing a alpha with only two colors for your first!!! Another idea is to pick an ombre thread and do that the whole way down and it looks pretty and is super easy! Make sure to pull your knots tight, and make sure they are close to eachother!

Hope this helps! 😜

You know, I've made only 2-3 alphas. And it certainly takes a while to get the knotting tension consistent. Don't lose hope. Practice is key.

And not to forget, do check out Masha Knots tutorials for alphas. Watch them all so you'll have an idea of what are the things that may go wrong (raised or wonky edges) and you can correct them before the whole bracelet turns out that way.
