My first alpha was the vertical wave (there are tutorials for it on youtube) and that bracelet helped me to get used to keeping the rows straight in my alphas. After that I would recommend doing any pattern with 2-3 colors so that you get used to color switches. Some patterns I think are cute are #33464, #38672, #24784, #27364, and #9187, but you can do any pattern that you'd like. Hope this helps! Happy knotting 😄
