I have tried my first Alpha, but it looked kinda weird. I did not really follow what was going on in the tutorial videos, like Masha Knots' video, so I came here to learn how. I am having trouble color switching, and also what to do after I color switch, like how to tie off the string if I won't use it again. I am also struggling with tying teardrop loops.

go watch mashas video again and pay attention to everything she explains because that is all you need to do for making alphas. she also has a video on how to do regular and multicolored teardrop loops and I think Alex has one on her channel too

OK thanks I will try. I really just don't understand what to do with the strings afterwards...

I watched Masha Knots' first Alpha bracelet tutorial, titled HOW TO READ ALPHA PATTERNS, and I think I understand. The first one is a lot different than the second one she did, titled FLAT ALPHA BRACELETS, and that was the one that I watched first. Any ideas on what Alpha pattern I should do that is relatively easy? Thanks.

Even if it’s a bit more difficult for you to understand I would recommend following the flat alpha tutorial, the overall product comes out much neater and pleasing to the eye. Even if it takes a while to master the technique it’ll produce better bracelets in the long run.

Thank you! I think what I'll do is start with the first one, but then once I understand Alphas, I will go to the second one.
