how do you do a pattern that doesnt have all the knots. for example #36779,#17945 or #14689

For the ones that you have mentioned, you can just knot the pattern as it says, not knotting the strings where they are left out. For some patterns they are designed to be shaped, where you use the triangle ends technique to give the bracelet a bumpy shape. However this is usually for patterns that are like a square/diamond.

Ok so you use the same technique with triangle ends for that first one you do the forward backward knots bringing the string out in that order and then make that first row and do backward knots collecting the strings or you can make them and let the strings be loose
