Problem with adding date of birth

I tried over ten times but i can't fill it properly. How it supposed to be?I tried combinations like dd-mm-year and year-dd-mm and i tried to switch dashes with dots but I still can't. And without date of birth, all my info doesn't save. |

Did you try dd/mm/yy it appears on mine like mm/dd/yyyy

Did u try just putting the number in, so, like, if you're 20 years old or whatever u just put the number '20' in? Idk if it will work, cuz I have no interest in putting my info in, but give it a try!
