I recommend watching Masha Knots on YouTube. She has videos in both alpha and normal patterns and are very helpful.

If you’ve never made friendship bracelets before, you unfortunately can’t really start with patterns like that. I highly recommend watching three YouTube videos by Masha Knots in this order: First watch “Beginner’s Guide”, then “Basic Knots”, then “Normal Patterns and Segment Knotting”. i learned from kinsey b's youtube channel, i personally think she explains things better for beginners, but once you get the hang of it, i use masha knot's tutorials more often know if i want to learn something new. good luck!
