you can normally fit about 100 wound bobbins into a box. so probably 5 boxes. I use the loops and threads boxes at michaels btw, if your wondering how big my boxes are. I think most boxes are that same size, so this should apply for whatever boxes you have too. hope this helps.

I have 100 colours at the moment and about 3/4 of my box is full, so you can fit about 125 bobbins in my box, but I don't know how big yours is.
