@Fliparz They are avAilable at Michael's stores, though idk if it's all Michael's stores or just a lot of them. They can be found in the beading section

@hockeymegs i have no idea either. I'm guessing you glue one end one one clip and the other side on the other end.

The clasp has little 'teeth' on it and you use a pair of pliers to clamp it shut on the bracelet. Then you use a jump ring and attach an actual clasp to it and a piece of chain on the other, or another jump ring.
