What level do you have to be to be able to add patterns to this site?

I don't think it matters what level you are, I'm pretty sure that you can add patterns at any level. To add a pattern, go to the website, sign in, and click the add/edit pattern button in the top right corner of the screen. ๐

I know how to do it and where to go and such because a friends showed me but I don't know what level people have to be because I'm pretty sure that newbies can't but I'm not 100% sure

Yes, newbies can post patterns. I have seen newbies post patterns before, and I don't think it matters what rank you are in relation to pattern posting. ๐

You cannot add a pattern through the app, it has to be through the website
