You need to price whatever you find reasonable. Like for simpler bracelets (candystripe, chevron and Chinese staircase or braided) they should be under $5

Basically don’t be unreasonable when pricing your work and put into consideration the prices other people charge for similar bracelets to what you make

depends on what kind, how much string, what kind of string, the quality, etc. i would say simple patterns like candystripes, chevrons I've seen for really cheap, like $3-5 but more complicated alphas or wide normals that take longer can be $10. I've only sold bracelets to my friends and the most I've sold one more is $12 because it was longer and took more string.

i would say try to find similar ones to yours on etsy and other sites, then just find a reasonable price for yours

I still have trouble pricing my bracelets on etsy, however I find calculating in the following steps can help: - 50 cents a base string - hours spent on it ($ per hour) - quality, (rate the bracelet out of 10 and then however many dollars is the number out of 10) Hope you can use one of these.... |

What I do is charge 50c per 1.30m of string multiple the hours I spend on it. And I also look that normals are cheeper than alphas because I would say that they are more complicated. Also if I know people I let them give me the price they think it is worth. That way people what to give me way more as I would want to price

@alexcordon that sucks, maybe put a notice in your shop that you are willing to negotiate, but don't go too easy and let people lowball you. making friendship bracelets takes time and patience, it's kind of like a form of art you know? so don't lower your prices just because one person can't see the value in it

i would price it based on the complexity of the bracelet, the number of strings, etc. you could do less than $4 for simple ones like chevrons or chinese staircases. definitely charge more for alphas and the amount of strings, maybe 7-10? you can also make bracelet packs where you include 2 or 3 bracelets of the same color scheme. you’ll want to earn good money for your time you spend on bracelets. they may not like bracelets because they have seen better quality ones for that price. just keep practicing and best of luck! 🎠💌🎡🍓

I also sell bracelets but only in my countryI price each item based on the time it took me to make it, number of strings, complexity of the pattern and the effort i put in it. Of course somtimes people think its overpriced because they have no idea of what the process looks like but i really try to make it as much as affordable for everyone. I'll give you some examples, The chevron, candystripe and braided stitch are 1kd, which is 3 US dollars i think And #18 which is the 12 strings arrowhead one is 1.5kd which is between 3 dollars to 6 dollars (You can search on google the kuwaiti dinar in US dollars to be exact if you want) 😊 |
