hi im making a bracelet with 33 background strings (what is a base string). I am following Masha knots video but confused because she adds another color. anyways my bracelet has 33 background strings so how do I make it even to do the loop t hanks

So if you have only 33 base strings, I would just add an extra string so you'll have 34 base strings instead

Also, the base strings are the strings you do the knots on

You should make a loop with 34 base strings and then either add a column/row (depending on if the pattern is vertical or horizontal) to one side of the pattern, or use the extra base string as your leading string. Which Masha Knots video are you watching? If you’re watching her older one (“How to read alpha patterns”) I recommend watching her newer one (“Flat alpha bracelets”) because it’s much better in my opinion
