You get them for completing monthly or weekly challenges. I don't think that they do anything though

It doesn't really do anything but it just shows how many Official Challenges you have done.

it shows how many bracelets you’ve made when completing official challenges- you can make more than one bracelet for the patterns every week if you wanted! 🧷📀💫
