deleting a pattern

This may have been covered elsewhere but I wanted to know how to delete a pattern that has already been accepted. After submitting one I noticed a few problems with color and placement of knots. Is there a way I could delete or edit it? If not, it would be a handy feature to add.

You are not able to delete or edit a pattern after it's been submitted, because someone may have it on their todo list or be working on it.
