So I started making bracelets about a month ago, and I have already noticed some big changes in the quality of my bracelets. I have some tips for beginners that really helped me to improve. Feel free to add any tips or any patterns that helped you improve!! ; ) My tips: -Make sure to tie each of your knots tightly! Especially the first loop-around of every knot. This should help neaten up your bracelet!! (but be careful not to tie your knots too tight!) -Don’t be afraid to make a pattern with more strings!! -But make sure that the pattern isn’t too difficult for you. Looking/asking in the comments will help with that. -I recommend learning how to make triangle end and using them on patterns with at least 8 strings. Masha knots on YouTube has a good video for that. -Don’t be afraid to ask for help!! Everyone on this site was once a beginner and would be more than happy to help. 🙂 -Do Not stress if your bracelet isn’t perfect. Practice makes you better, and besides, when it’s on your wrist, no one will ever notice anyway 😉 I hope this helps and feel free to add anything!!! 😊 |

- don’t be scared to make alphas! I was nervous to make my first one and it turned out not so good, but once you get into them you will probably enjoy them a lot

- figure out how to do the flat alpha technique, it helps a ton and your bracelets will turn out so much better (masha knots has a great video on it)

watch Masha knots videos for beginners so then you can start on the right foot and start with simple patterns like #12202 is super simple and has all the knots in it so then you can become familiar with them.

also if you want for alphas u should consider learning the straight edge technique. In my opinion it makes the alpha looks better at the end.
