Hi! I am here to ask how to read patterns. I have part of it down, but feel like I should know more. I know everyone keeps telling me to check out Masha Knots. I have, honestly I feel like she isn’t explaining it well enough. Can someone help me with this?

i assume that you already know the four knotsa forward knot which is shown in a pattern with an arrow to the right ↘️, a backward knot which is shown in a pattern with an arrow to the left ↙️, a forwardbackward knot which is shown in a pattern with an arrow to the right and the left ↩, and a backwardforward knot which is shown in a pattern with an arrow to the left and the right ↪ to start making a bracelet, you place the strings in order as they are in your pattern, if your just getting started with bracelets i recommend you start with the row-by-row technique (except for chevrons and candystripes) you just follow the rows and make the knots, when you get to the end of your pattern you just repeat the pattern |

i hope that was clear, otherwise i recommend to search a video on youtube, there are a lot of videos on how to read patterns!
