this is going to sound really confusing but please try to help me because i’m trying to word it the best i can!i really want to make #15234 but i’m confused how some people do it. some ppl don’t follow the pattern and instead of knotting on the last string they just bring it around the side when they have to use the color again. how do they do this without the string going under the bracelet and not around it on the side. yknow what i mean? i’m sry i’m having trouble explaining this but if you kinda understand what i’m saying please help me. thank you!!💞 |

I think that type of bracelet is called a vertical wave bracelet! Masha knots has a tutorial on how to make them on YouTube

I think you're just suppose to ignore the last different coloured knots of each row and wrap the thread around instead. I'm not sure but like the other person said, Masha Knots has a really great tutorial on youtube.

Yes as the other users have said it is called the vertical wave however you might be confused from her tutorial as she does not explain the start. What you do is take one string and make a row of forward knots and then a row of backward knots onto base strings like a normal alpha then the next row you add in another string but from the right side you do a backward row and then a forward row. Once you have done this you leave that string to the side and take the first string that you made the first 2 rows with and make another 2 rows (one forward and one backward) then you keep on switching strings so the next 2 rows would be backward then forward using the other string, etc

Yeah that one is confusing if you read it like a alpha but you have colored strings on the sides then you do a row then go back THEN grab the other string do a row then go back I think it’s called a vertical wave
