well if you submitted maybe it wasn't seen by the moderators so you need to wait until it's accepted and then you can see it on your main page

@EWL those are the rewards. You can earn them by participating in the official weekly or monthly challenges. Also reporting duplicate patterns. They dont mean anythings or cant be redeemed for anything, They are just for bragging rights 🙂
