for pattern #25877 where do i start my triangle ends. if i start at row 9 it only includes 9 strings rather then the 13 total in the bundle. in the pictures of it below, everyone appears to have started at row 9 and i’m so confused lol i hope this makes sense

I have 2 questions. When I make my bracelets do I tie the knots very tight? And secondly to conserve thread howany inches or centimeters should I cut?

@prettyluvZ yes to avoid holes in your bracelet i recommend tying them pretty tight and i would say a little more then half a wingspans length for each string but some you might need a little bit more😁

@prettyluvZ unfortunately you can not create patterns on the app. The only way to make patterns is to use the website. To get to the pattern generator on the website, hover over your profile then click create patterns.

Do you just do normal patterns by switching from forwarding knots to backward knots each row? Is it just like alpha patterns without the arrows?

For normal patterns you do them by rows, so you do all the knots in row one, then go to the start of row 2 and make those knots. If you still do t understand Masha Knots has a great tutorial on how to read normal patterns and how to segment knot.

New question: I submitted a couple patterns 2+ days ago. How long does it take to hear back about acceptance/rejection? And where does that info show up when it does get sent back? Does it show back up in the create patterns page? Thanks!

@Amazel currently it’s taking 2-3 days for a pattern to get accepted. If it takes longer than that it’s probably just that the mods are a little behind. When it gets declined it will show back up in the pattern generator.

@carlyerose do you want to do 1 big triangle end or 2 small triangle ends? Because it seems that most people are doing 2 small ones.

@Amazel You’ll get a notification when it’s accepted or declined. If it gets accepted, you’ll see it on the main patterns page and on your profile. If it gets declined, you’ll see it in the “create patterns” area

do you have to use Embroidery floss for your bracelets of can you use another type of string?

@micko1kajo you can use any string, but most people use embroidery floss. I recommend embroidery floss, but you can use whatever you want. Just make sure your using the same type of string otherwise it will look weird
