I asked the same question a while ago but now I know how. You have to create a document and write it out then submit it to the admin by messaging him and asking how to send it.

Don’t message the admin, message a mod instead and they’ll contact the admin for you

I was told I could use any document form so like word and google docs etc, but yes In my opinion google docs is the best form! @noodlez
