@leviOsa_09 its no different to a regular alpha back, sure the string is sticking to the opposite side of a knot but its less than a quarter centimeter difference thats not noticeable. It won't change how you start the next row/color change. I don't always use the above technique though (in fact I think the bracelet in the above tutorial is the only pattern I've fully used this technique for).

will the former leading string that the upside down knot was used still be going in the right direction? it looks like it's going in the opposite direction in the photos, wondering if it will be awkward to bring it back under to continue on the row
@nettegal it’s the exact same as any alpha in terms of the back, if you want a different back there’s the clean alpha technique. The photos of the front/back are published on my Instagram. @bblvsrrs
