1. Choose an alpha that has 20 rows or less and also has a border(as described above) 2. Add an extra base string to both sides. 3.This does not with any shaped loops or starts. 4. Knot as you normally would, but make sure the stitches are on the looser side. 5. Very carefully, pull out the two base strings at the end. 6. Carefully fluff out the knots at the edge until they look like frills. Now your done! 7. Add 2 extra base string on each side for a frillier bracelet.
There is no guarantee that this will work, Iv'e only tried this once, and please don't come complaining to me if this technique ruins your bracelet. Try at your own risk!
