For normal+alpha+normal just do your normal section then use the strings as base strings then cut off your leading strings and do the rest of the normal
@knotnormal You have to prepare your tutorial in a word document or pdf, then ask a moderator for the email and send your file to said email. There's a section in the FAQ (bottom right corner of the site) under the title 'Posting Content'.
