@earnold it's either a few forward/backward and backward/forward knots (also called larks head knots) which is the same way you would start a loop. Or it's square knots, and you can find tutorials on YouTube how to make those. But if you mean the tapered ending of the base strings, there's a keychain tutorial on #34270 by @ninilepore 😊
