@lucie_123 if you're knotting row by row straight across, there usually tends to be small gaps between the knots. You can try segment-knotting, which is knotting portions of the pattern in diagonal rows. There's a video tutorial right above that shows how to segment knot this pattern. I also suggest making the first half of the knot close as possible to the previous knots to reduce gaps, and practice consistent tension so the knots will be nice and uniform 😊
