@swimmer1 it's the end goal that all people are treated equal no matter their skin colour, gender, sexuality etc but while there are still groups that are discriminated against for who they are, it is a need to stand up for these groups.
There are a bunch of women's rights patterns here on braceletbook. Just look up the patterns with the keyword 'feminism'.
I absolutely agree that people shouldn't be tying activist patterns like these just for the aesthetic, because the message behind these patterns is so much bigger.
I think this pattern is cute but two things. 1:All lives matter so I don’t know why people obsess with blm. Yes they should be equal to everyone but they pretty much are now, and you don’t see anyone making a wlm pattern. I think people just believe that by saying they stand up for black lives they are a really good person, but you’re a better person if you stop drawing out one color or skin and just say we’re all equal because we were all made in Gods image
@Hazel23 what I get from what you wrote you technically agree with this pattern 😄 blm is not about certain lives mattering more or less, it is just to accentuate that black lives matter too
I will respectfully say that... no ones life matter less or more than anyone else. No matter what gender race sexuality religion etc. but I’m other words I think the pattern is super cute and I love the idea with the pumpkins. Even tho I don’t agree this will be getting 5 stars from me!
I really don't want to start any controversy or anything but I'm just curious if anyone knows if they are accepted blue lives patterns now...because it seems that black lives patterns are getting accepted. This is a beautiful pattern btw! I don't agree completely but very well made! ❤️ ❤️ 👍
