@mittins I made this pattern a couple of years ago when I first learned about the lgbtq+ community and didn't know at the time that the flag was made by a transphobe i haven't been on bracelet book in a while so I haven't made any updated patterns but thank you for letting me know!! /pos /g
@Hi22704 i’m not sure if you didn’t already know this but the lipstick lesbian flag was made by a transphobe and it discriminate against butch trans and non-binary lesbians and once again i’m not sure if you already knew this and i’m trying to be as respectful as possible but this is a horrible flag to be using and if your wondering the sunset lesbian flag is more inclusive for butch trans and non-binary lesbians once again not trying to be rude i just want to spread awareness
@poopereti she/they means that someone uses both she and they pronouns, so if you were to talk about this person you could refer to them with either she or they.
@Hi22704 , thanks for the explanation. I didn't want to sound disrespectful as I'm just blissfully unaware. There is so much to learn about the LGBTQ+ community! 😄
Hi, sorry if this is a weird place to ask but what does she/they mean? Is it a nonbinary term or something else? FYI I'm in full support of the LGBTQ+ community. This is a really pretty pattern too 😍
