@n0tmia 😊 any time! english is not my first language so I thought it was a common expression haha in Portuguese "to have a north" means having something to guide you, something you can look up to in order to succeed, does it make sense?
@n0tmia sorry I didn't answer sooner, glad you found help! ❤️ you can maybe create a new pattern with your aunt's name just for you to have a north and feel more secure 😊. just open this pattern in another tab and copy the letters you need into the one you're creating!
@n0tmia The highest letter in her name is the L which is 12 pixels high, so I would recommend at least 14 base strings (you would have one background pixel on both sides), but you can use more if you want the bracelet to be wider (16 base strings for 2 background pixels on both sides, 18 for 3, etc...)
@KOTLC_2008 her name is Lora and yes please help me like idk why I finally understood alphas but I’m too scared to try but I will soon on a tiny pattern like a keychain since I looked at like more than 10 tutorials and rewatched to understand alphas. I want to try this for my aunt as a late birthday gift but I literally don’t know how people do it I’m like HUHH! Her name is lora and yes I read @larardb information but I still don’t understand, so if you can please help me! And thank you for the luck! Also thank you for taking your time to reply and help me!
@Odanak1811 her name is lora and thank you so much for taking your time and replying to me it means a lot! And yes I would really like for you to help me!
@n0tmia I know ur not asking me but I suggest using @larardb ’s information except about the name. Since its for your aunt probably give her name here and someone could help you! Once you give me her name i will be able to help if you’d like. If you do, pls tag me in your comment. Thanks and good luck!!
@n0tmia This would depend on her name, I would make it 2 strings more than the height of the biggest letter. If you want, you can tell me her name and I'll tell you how many strings this would make 🙂
larardb I have a question this is the first time I’ll try to make a font bracelet and I don’t want to mess it up because it’s for my aunt. I’m making a late birthday gift for her! Can you maybe tell me how many base strings I should cut?
