@Jdog12525 i don't think that for this pattern you would need to put it all comes to personal preference. if you want to use the straight edges technique just to be safe then use the technique. When it comes to bracelet making there are no rules! feel free to experiment.
@GalaxyNoob there's no video for this pattern but I could try to explain it to you.
I'd separate this pattern into two parts: the regular chevron part where you just do three rows of regular chevron and the other part where you work stripe by stripe from the outside to the inside.
If you need more details on how to do the other part let me know but I think this should give you a good idea how the pattern is structured and can potentially help you to figure out how it's segment knotted. 😄
@GalaxyNoob unfortunately there isn't but looking at the pattern I would make the diamond in the middle, the 3 chevron rows, then after that knot the string that are going into the middle again towards the diamond. Then repeat. Hope this helps 👍
Are there any videos on this? I really wanna make this but I don't know how, I guess I'll have to do it row by row or whatch a vid on how to segment knot😒
@kaliciorn that was probably the October challenge you saw. Without a search bar on the site, it can be really difficult to find what you're looking for 😂. I'll message you the link 😊
@kaliciorn it's the Official November 2020 Challenge posted by @Johny in the challenges forum. There's a lot going on right now so you might have to scroll down a while to find it... but if you just write "challenge" in your photo, you'll receive a reward which is a little number by your avatar in your profile. But only "official" challenges will earn you points... and there's also official weekly challenges posted by different mods every Monday in the same forum. 😊
