@panicaaaaa thank you so much! I'm happy you like it! 🥰 I used all 6 strands of the same rainbow variegated thread so all the colors would rotate seamlessly and evenly.
@sodapop Your bracelet end is so beautiful. Very pretty colors 😍 You're a genius. I will try to repeat your work, it has sunk into my soul! 🔥 ❤️ 🔥 ❤️ 🔥
@ams9man769 I added a variation with rainbow colors, but the single strands don't have quite the same look. I wrote the type of variegated thread I used in a comment below.
I bought that thread on Etsy... called ThreadworX Bradley's Balloons 1154 - Rainbow Variegated. It came precut in 36 inch lengths, so I used 6 strands in the bracelet and overlapped the ends inside the loop. The pattern used the colors fairly evenly so the rainbow effect worked out really nice 😊
@Axolatl I actually wrote it down (I'm a smart cookie 😂)! Background color I used 3 strings at 2 meters folded in half but one of the strings is 30 centimeters longer (for the loop part) then my 3 accent colors are 1.8 meters each folded in half. Hope that makes sense 😁
Hey @AmzgAndrea! In the photos' I saw that you made many of these bracelets, how much strings did you use, and how long was the bracelet overall? It's ok if you don't remember, I just can't calculate the length! 😂 Thanks!
Thanks @halokiwi. @aries_girl I used 1 of the 6 strands (that make up the string) per color. (I just pulled them apart from my leftover string) I did everything I would with a normal bracelet - including the loop - then carefully knot. I tried to pick patterns that have no (or very few) forward backward knots because those tend to "pop" their base string color. I did make 2 mistakes in this one and had to unpick the knots. It was super hard. But can be done with a bit of patience. If you have any more specific questions feel free to message me 😊
