a classic i'd deffo recommend for any intermediate knot-tying enthusiast !! string length wise i'd do : 2 wingspans for a 5/3 pattern repeat : about 2 arms length for keychain. (once bracelet is finished plz save extra string for possible future projects if string is long enough lol)

@brookie_06 a full bracelet seems to be three to five repeats. I'd take a third of your usual string length 🙂

@chimera_vl beautiful bracelet! All of them are. I can’t believe you did all of the 8 pointed star patterns. Great job!

@llama_2020 I just cut the strings 1 arms length per colour and folded in half 🙂

@llama_2020 I cut my sting I think about 4 feet but found I needed more white, you can always add it in later. I split the bracelet in half and did triangle start. If you don’t know what that is check out mashknots on YouTube. I just folded the string in half, pulled halfway through, and put the end through the loop. If that makes sense. I think it is called a hook knot.

@mironmar00 @litrosie @soph_t14 how long do the strings need to be when you make it on a d ring? Also how do you group the string on either side??

@Larrie28 I usually cut a wingspans length of each string and the fold them in half. Like how the white string in the pattern has 12 strings. I cut 6 strings of my wingspans length and then fold them I'm half to make twelve. And I do that for each color. Sorry if I didn't explain that very well, hope I helped though ..
