@weedith nope! you'll only see the base strings as the ties. If you look at the alpha bracelets I made, you can see what I mean. But the base strings won't be visible in the actual pattern 😊
@weedith the blue colour is just the general background colour, and is also a working string. You can see the base strings on the pattern, which are white, running straight down, and this is where you do all your knots on. I'm not really good at explaining it haha, but I highly recommend you watch masha knot's video on how to do alphas! you can find the video on top of this pattern, or you can look it up on youtube ❤️
