@IFoundNemo oh ok sorry I didn’t know 😅! Hmmmm some movie suggestions are: Emperor’s New Groove, The Princess Diaries, The Aristocats, The Muppets, or Monsters Inc. 🙂 just some ideas for costumes from movies that not to many people talk about, but are really good! 😄
@IFoundNemo Thanks for the praise 😄 ❤️ I tied around a piece of very smooth wood (I took the basic threads in double length and halved them over the piece of wood). I got the pieces of wood in a 1€- store, which also has many handicraft materials (they came in a big bag). The wooden pieces are meant to be used as decoration, but they are perfect for that (only for bigger projects they are too short). In order to be able to fix the finished piece somewhere, I braided a few threads in to the wood twice and knotted them together in the middle. I hope this answers your question 😘
As announced, I have now also finished with Arielle (I will upload the photo soon). It was almost more fun than Cinderella, because the tail is more difficult to tie. 😉 It just annoys me a little bit that the green yarn I used was a bit smaller than the white one. So it wobbles a bit where the mermaid tail meets the edge. But fortunately it is not so noticeable 😄 🙈
@LillyGrace if you’re not sure, when I’m done with alphas, I often Cut the top and bottom off (but leave a little bit) and use elmers glue to glue the top and bottom strings to the back.
