I combined #36348 and this pattern and adjusted them to match Taylor Swift's guitar in the Country Music Hall of Fame - commissioned piece.

@KnotsBySav thanks! I think I ended up glueing that one to a strip of leather and making it into a bracelet.

@kathryn_o hello! Masha has a video on her channel on how to add odd numbers of strings. You can search up Masha Knots “how to add odd number of strings” and probably watch her other alpha videos. Hope this helps, sorry if it didn’t 😅

Ik u could probably add another base string but in these AMAZING pictures I don’t see that.

How are people doing these cool teardrop loops with an odd number of strings? 🤔

@livi_502 So what I did is I started to create a triangle end but stop halfway so that it didn’t reach a complete point. Then I continued to knot the triangle end but this time I made sure the triangle was getting fatter and not skinnier. Lastly, I started to knot another koi for the other side of the keychain. I did not knot the key ring into the base strings (like Masha Knots demonstrates in her keychain tutorial). I folded the keychain together, glued them together, and put the key ring through the whole at the top. This is essentially a two sided keychain where one side is an orange koi and the other is a red koi.

@Jdog12525 I looove your keychains and I was wondering how you attach them to the rings. It looks really clean compared to how I usually do it 🙂
