@funkycccat if you want you can also add a tutorial to the tutorial section. You would just need to put your tutorial and accompanying pictures in a pdf, send it to admin via email and he will then post it for you. what you need: (base) inside loop - 12in x15 (knotting string) outside loop - 5ft x1
tips: • keep strings equal length • keep knots all the same tightness
1. fold base strings in half 2. tie the knotting string onto base (lark's heads knot) 3. make one knot on each side with knotting string 4. mold into a round corner 5. tie 3 knots on the whole thing with one string 6. tie 17 knots on each side 7. shape heart 8. tie 2 knots on whole thing
you can end it anyway you want but this is how I do it 1. cross one knotting string over and under the side of the heart 2. do the same with the other string 3. do a knot with the knotting strings on the other side
Hi everyone I need some advice When i make an alpha pattern my knots are too longs and not wide enough. They are very regular but on some pattern liké this heart the résult is not very pretty Do.you know what i need to change ? Thank you
@Unicorn002 My parents are like that too, but if you want (since you need permission for the video) I can explain it. So you start off with the loop, and then do triangle ends and since it’s an alpha you can do any colors you want. Then as it gets to the part that is smaller you start to group strings together on the ends until you finish the heart! If you want a more in depth writing tutorial and can consider doing one in the tutorial section 🙂
