@Mystri99 I've never used a board before, but I would recommend using the straight edges technique if you don't already. I'm not sure if that's the problem you're having, but if by "skewed", you mean bendy, this could help. For a pattern like this, you add two extra strings on the side. You can make backward-forward and forward-backward knots onto those two strings. You can watch the video by Masha Knots if you want to get a more clear explanation. Hope this helps!
I’ve been using a macrame board to make my flat bracelets but the largest size can only really make bracelets up to 36 strings without making it skewed. But I’d like to make some belts, heads bands and snoods using the larger (BEAUTIFUL💖) patterns like these. Question: What board can I use for these?
@natbunny same. I just started working on a 24 string dovetail bracelet a couple of days ago and I don’t even have the energy to finish it 😅. Btw I love your patterns! They’re sooo pretty!!! 😊
