I’m not experienced enough to make this bracelet/bookmark yet, but my goal is to make it by Christmas. My grandma would LOVE this so much,and she could use this instead of a newspaper scrap as a bookmark for her bible! (:
Sorry, there should be three layers as part of the tassel tail, the tail from the twisted ties, and two layers from the tassel because it’s folded over
Then I tied a knot at the end of it. Afterwards, I cut a bunch of strings double the length of the tassel length I wanted (and a little bit more). I bunched those strings together around the knot on the twisted tie, and used another piece of string to tie around the bundle right above the knot, really tight. Afterwards, I folded the top part of the bundle down over the knot to try and hide the knot, and tied another knot somewhere below the knot where you want the body of the tassel to end. There should be two layers that create the tails of the tassel, and trim the tails to the length you want them. I hope this helped!

@novaphina thank you so much! valentina__lenin has a tutorial in the highlights on her instagram for how to do the beginning, as for the end i basically just did the normal triangle end without threading each of the strings in between per row, if that makes sense
