@camikaye Cutting out a portion of the sky makes this faster, but the bottom section is the most time consuming... Not harder than other alphas, just SO much color switching!
@NB6056 one more thing. To keep each of my rows straight I use a ruler. After I’m done with a row I’ll push it up or down with my ruler until it’s straight. I can also push on rows above it if they are not completely straight.
@NB6056 thank you! I use the flat alpha technique and the straight edge technique. The thing that really helped me was loosening my knots. I used to tie them really tight and my bracelets looked bad. Once I loosened them though they looked much better. I mostly use the same brand of string so that they are the same thickness. I don’t know if this helps it to be more straight, but I use crochet thread for my base strings. It is much cheaper than embroidery thread. That’s all I have, hope this helps you! 😁
@Disney12 oh my goodness that is the neatest alpha bracelet I've ever seen 🤯 . any tips? i struggle with alpha patterns, especially ones with this many color switches.
