@turtles021 if you haven't made alphas before I recommend watching some videos first to understand how they're built... there's a link for one right at the top of the generated knot structure called "how to make alphas." This pattern uses 22 base strings, and most people don't even pre-cut the colors for the background… just make the knots using the whole skein and add in new colors as needed 😄
