@N_Silvers i literally never said the majority weren’t justified; i didn’t even say anything abt justifications lol. i do understand where you are coming from and at this point i don’t want to argue. u can believe what u choose to and i will too.
@lidiaaa I was not talking about George Floyd, no one agrees with what was done to him. I never once said the officer was justified in his killing! And yes, if I stole a cop's taser from them and shot it at them, of course they're gonna shoot me! People don't have to come out and say just bc a black person is shot means it's racism, they show it with their actions by acting like the police are racist every time the media exploits cases where a black person is killed by police. Yes, George Floyd's killing was 100% NOT justified, but I am talking about all these other cases where the police were justified and people are still blaming them and labeling them racist.
@N_Slivers bruh ofc if you stole a police’s taser and tried to tase them u would get in trouble and maybe shot idk. but this guy LITERALLY was accused of faking a $20 bill, and you’re telling me he wasn't killed bc of his color? i can assure you the worst punishment for faking a bill is a slap on the wrist. no one ever said just bc a black person is shot doesn’t mean it’s racism, it’s just that a majority of the time it doesn’t actually have to do with what they did. and you can’t get all your information based off of last yr and say that’s a majority.
@l_d_1_3 But statistics show that's just not true. Last year, 9 unarmed blacks were shot by police, while 19 unarmed whites were shot by police. Statistically, blacks are more likely to be shot by a black officer than a white officer, and more police officers are shot and killed than the other way around. Nobody agrees with what was done to George Floyd, but it's not something that is happening every day or all the time. And also keep in mind, just because a black person is shot by police, does not mean it was because of the color of their skin. You have to look at each case and see what happened that led up to them being shot. I'm white, and if I steal a cop's taser from him/her and shoot it at them, they're gonna shoot me because if I hit them with the taser, I can then get their gun from them. Police have to be able to defend themselves. Majority of cops are good and have good intentions
@WildBells7 I totally agree. The media has exploited the killing of George Floyd and a few others to push this "cops are racist" agenda. If people would take a few minutes to look at statistics and do a lil research before jumping to conclusions, we wouldn't be in such a horrible, divisive times! Instead, too many people believe whatever the media tells them and don't even realize they're playing on their emotions. And the media always kicks it into high gear during election years. Yes, there are racist people out there in EVERY race, and there are some racist cops, but it's very few! In order to believe the narrative the media is pushing, you have to do mental gymnastics just to make it sound remotely reasonable. Statistics show that 19 unarmed whites were killed by police last year, and 9 unarmed blacks. Also statistics show that blacks are more likely to be shot by a black officer than a white officer, and there are more police officers shot and killed by black people than the other way around. There's plenty more statistics that prove that the narrative the media is pushing that police are racist and hunting down black people is just not true. Also, a lot of the black deaths due to police that we hear so much about, the police were justified in using that force. Just like the guy who was drunk and ended up fighting police and got one of the officer's taser and shot it at him, so they shot him and he died. Many people are mad about that but idk what they expect police to do in a situation like that. Yea, it's not gonna kill the cop to get hit with a taser, but if the officer is hit with a taser, that gives the person a chance to grab their gun and kill them. Police have to be able to defend themselves! Breonna Taylor's death wasn't a racial thing either. And it kills me how they had like 4 funerals and a gold casket for George Floyd, but nothing for the 8 yr old little girl who was killed by violent protesters. Anyone who actually cares about black lives, should be fighting against abortion. The biggest threat/killer to black people is abortion. 900 black babies aborted each day! Black women are about 7% of the US population, yet they account for 32%-34% of abortions. In NY, 2 out of every 3 black babies are aborted, so more are being aborted than are born! Abortion has brought the black population growth to a halt, and that is unacceptable! Margaret Sanger's purpose for founding Planned Parenthood was to get rid of blacks! Not only was she racist, but she was also a satanist! So each abortion is a blood sacrifice. That was her purpose for PP, and most people don't even know that!
