That's such an amazing compliment wow ❤❤❤❤ thank you so so much! @MxDedlock I could definitely tell you were going for a vintage combination, great job! 😊
@Tikilishi Ah, dont worry about it! It took me a couple bracelets to figure out myself, but after that, I tend to automatically switch knots even if its not there in the pattern 😜 I suspect most knotters with a bit of experience will figure it out ❤️
Thank you so much! ❤ @ShruthiMan I think I'll like it better having a straight edge over a bumpy edge so when I knot it, so I'll switch them. I just wish I knew that earlier because so many of my patterns have fb/bf knots on the outer edges, but reversed like this 😂
@Tikilishi true! The bracket will come pretty straight, just slightly bumpy (if that’s the right word) edged. It’s should matter too much cause the pattern looks super pretty!
I just had a conversation with @halokiwi about straight edge techniques in the forum and it's true - there is a difference!
The edges will look a little different this way, with fb on the left and bf on the right! What I did is a different look than what @ShruthiMan is referring to. I had no idea - I thought both methods yielded the same results, but they are different! @JulaZyziu
Curvature wise, both ways hopefully should result in a bracelet that doesnt curve, (22 f knots to 25 b knots, so somewhat of a balance) but the edges will look different with both methods 🙂
I think I like the bf left, fb right method better, so I'm going to try and do that for future patterns 😁
To anyone making this pretty design, I would suggest flipping the knots on the first and last columns to backward forward and forward backwards respectively, itll keep your bracelets neat and straight!
