@olivia0725 the straight edge technique applies to alpha patterns only I’m pretty sure, and this is a normal pattern

@sodapop That is really helpful! Can't you start the 2 triangle ends from Row 1 the light green string? This is my first pattern that I will be reading the pattern! I usually follow Masha Knots tutorials?

@MintBreez This might sound backwards, but I would begin the teardrop/triangle shapes toward the bottom of the pattern. So the outline of the triangles would be the center white knot on line 40, up to the 3rd and 7th white knots on line 36, and back down to the ends on line 41. That gives a little more space before starting the first clover. Or you could look at the photos to see where others have started. Also, there's a video for reference called "triangle ends after a loop" on #25054 😊
