@GoatIsLove it looks like a regular loop with a triangle end. To make a loop you cut half the amount of strings but double the length. You fold them in half and do bf or fb knots with one of the strings around where they are folded in half. It's a bit difficult to explain but you'll find many tutorials on YouTube if you search for friendship bracelet loop. Once you made the loop you do a triangle end. You'll again find some really great tutorials if you search for triangle end on YouTube. MashaKnots for example has a really good one.
