@Elliexjii it’s okay! practice makes perfect, so just keep working at it and you’ll be able to make alphas in no time at all. i would recommend watching kinsey b’s tutorials on youtube becasue they are very beginner friendly and can help you learn a little faster. she has tutorials on everything from chevrons/candy stripes to how to read alpha/normal patterns and she goes really in depth so you can understand. hope this helps, and good luck! i look forward to seeing your creations soon 🤗
@_haleigh_ I didn’t have this as a problem (unless it’s a candy stripe) but with alphas you could tape the rows down so they don’t curl up at the spot you’re working on and once you finish, iron it or use a hair straightener. Hopefully I helped!
