@cro_meg27 where could I post such a tutorial?

@goingbooks it’s a good idea. And I totally understand why you came up with it. I usually use a clipboard turned sideways and clip my bracelet to it moving it up as I go because the twisting especially on smaller pieces drives me crazy. You should put this in a tutorial or something.

@cro_meg27 extra tip: you should fix the foam mat in some way that it doesn’t scoot around! Also you can find such a mat when searching for Makramee board or you could use a cork board!

@cro_meg27 it’s actually a method I of tiring friendship bracelets that makes Tor life so much more easy! Take a foam mat and mark the lengths of the bracelets from below. At a distance of 1 cm, stick a Bobby pin onto the foam mat (the bottom side) with Tesa and pull the beginning of your bracelet through the bobby-pin (before sticking it in place). Pin the top loop with a pin. When you have worked a bit, pull the bracelet a little through the bobby-pin and pin your bracelet further up. This way the bracelet doesn't slip all the time when you're tying it and it's much more fun!

@goingbooks I’m so curious about your board. What are you using and why the bobby-pin?

@cro_meg27 Thank you! I initially used the pearl because I messed up the ends of my bracelet 😄 .. It stays put really well and I actually find it much easier to put on/take off the bracelet than with the other endings that I have made so far.

@stefs_Stuf This is one of my favorite fast patterns. I love your idea of using a bead as part of the closure. How is it working out?
