My first alpha pattern and it actually turned out better than I expected. At first I was honestly scared about starting it because of all the things that could go wrong but it came out good for a first alpha pattern. if you're going to do an alpha pattern though you have to be patient it took me 6 hours and I didn't even finish it by then.
My first alpha pattern! Outer space is very cool so this seemed like the perfect one to try. And it really was! It's pretty easy, but looks super cool. I never knew alpha patterns could hold so much potential until today! I'm definitely going to try lots more like this in the future.
@bombardum it's common for alphas to turn out a little stretched. You can try to prevent this by using thicker base strings or making your knots less tight. Pushing up the rows after knotting might also help.
Did anyone else's sun turn out abnormally long? The bracelets in the picture section vary between sizes regarding the sun, is it supposed to look longer?
