@funkyXtina I would split the strings in half so they have only three strands instead of six. This way, when you fold them, you can use both halves as one string.
@Maria66 it was actually way easier than I thought it would be. I think next time I do it though I will not do a shaped start. I posted a picture but I don’t think it’s been approved yet.
