Basically do a braided bracelet but instead on your 2nd row after 4 base colour knots do 1 of the diff colour. And on the 3rd row after 2 base colour knots do 2 diff colour knots.
In this case, the top string colors don't match the bottom. What you would do is just like any other pattern, after the 8th row, go back to the top row and continue tying the pattern, but this time ignore the string colors but continue tying the pattern as instructed. Hopefully I explained this correctly 🙂
